- Can I change or cancel my order before it has been shipped?
We try to pack and send your product as soon as possible. This limits our ability to prevent a package from shipping. In case of cancellation, please write to us at [email protected].; we will try to accommodate your request.
- How will I know about the order confirmation?
i.When payment is yet to be made: Once the order is placed, our team will call you before 05:00 PM on business days. Once the order is confirmed, the product will be shipped to the Logistics company on the next business day. Once it reaches the Logistics company you will receive the product within 1-2 business days.
ii. When the payment is made: The order is confirmed automatically.
- What if the order I place is inaccurate and I want to change?
i.When payment is yet to be made: You can change the order during the order confirmation call.
ii. When the payment is made: We try to pack and send your product as soon as possible. This limits our ability to prevent a package from shipping. In case of cancellation, please write to us at [email protected].; we will try to accommodate your request.
- Can I return the product purchased?
We carefully hand formulate our products with utmost care and guaranteed 100% satisfaction. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied please let us know via our email. Once we receive the product from you, we will carefully check and re-confirm the return.
- How long do I have to return the product?
The product must be returned 60 days from the time of purchase.
- When will I receive the refund?
Once we RECEIVE the product at our WAREHOUSE, the refund will be sent through an Online Payment or Bank Transfer within 10-15 days.
- Is there any return fee?
If the product is damaged, there will be no return fee.
If you decide that you will no longer need the product, there will be a restocking charge of Rs. 300.
- Can I return the product sold through other distributors?
We only return the product that is purchased through our website. Products purchased through any of our distributors will not be returned. Please check their own return policy.
